Apex Waste - Teller County - Recycling Center in Divide, CO

Our Autopay kicked off when Apex installed new security software & Apex wasn’t able to notify us before a credit hold was placed on our account. Our trash pickup driver Joe Robertson was kind enough to let us know when he picked up our trash anyway this morning instead of leaving a “Sorry” notice on our can. Wow!! Great customer service!!! And then when I called Apex to reinstate our autopay both Tina & Taylor were efficient & gracious in helping me get our account back on track & explaining account details. Thanks for the great customer service Joe Tina & Taylor!!!

I have been taking my residential trash to the transfer station in Divide for several years. Since Apex took over operations there I’ve seen a big improvement in the way that things are done. There seems to be a concerted focus on customer service and satisfaction. Everyone from the weight station to helping me unload trash is extra friendly. Tasha and Garrett at the weigh station check in are always bright and happy whenever I first arrive. If there’s not a line behind me I always take a moment for a friendly chat. The guys that are there to help me unload trash are always great too. My dump trailer wasn’t lifting for awhile and one of the guys gave me a suggestion for fixing it. Fred is wonderful! He not only provides excellent service by bringing our bin back but he also takes the time to know me and my family personally. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares in this line of work. Hardworking kind and always friendly—we truly appreciate him!
