Amazing place! Takes all the hard work out of returning cans U just put answer in clear bag counting as you go.. The guy gives you a ticket. Take it to the front office and collect your money! It was a very clean non sticky pleasurable experience! 5 stars!

This place is only ok. Definitely not the best but certainly not the worst though. This place needs work. It is located on Traffic avenue in Ridgewood. The staff need customer service training to say the least. The lady that answers the phones is nice and pleasant on the phone but the workers can come off as rude. First they assume you speak Spanish as they all talk to you in Spanish then when you tell them that you don't speak Spanish they speak in English very rudely. The company claims to take all your bottles and cans no matter the brand or size of the bottles or cans as long as they are NY 5 cents yet when I went there there were certain cans they did not take despite the can having a deposit on it. They do not count the cans for you so when you bring in your bottles make sure you count them first. The collection process is fairly easy after your cans & bottles are processed they issue you your ticket and you take it to the office and collect your money. Overall not the best but certainly not the worst because I have seen and heard about experiences much worse than this.

Nice and quick. No more feeding individual bottles into a busy vending machine. Drive down the ramp on the left of the building (watch out for broken glass though) drop off your bottles and get them counted get your ticket go to the office on the street and ring the bell hand over your ticket and that's it. Helpful folks all around.
