About this center

Four generations of one family have run All American Recycling Corp since 1919, shredding confidential paper and recycling cardboard, newspaper, paper rolls, and textbooks in the Jersey City area. Shredding happens on-site or off-site, and a mobile shredder brings the machine to the customer. Service is same-day, with no contract and no sorting, and a certificate of destruction comes on request. Shredding runs Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The company also sells recycled wooden skids, installs recycling equipment, and handles paper sheeting. Spanish is spoken, estimates are free, and the service territory is the Tri-State area.

Jersey ave is closed before the bridge. I took 9N to 139E turned left onto Jersey ave and 1st left at the light on 139w. Stay in middle lane right on palisade then right on congress to Paterson plank. To get to 495 I went North on Paterson plank . You’ll get to a intersection that says no trucks I kept strait thru it was a park on my right. I turned right on John f Kennedy and it’ll take to strait to 495 and go from there

This place stays open all night. In my opinion the best time to come is late night before dawn. Quick loading. Take your time backing into dock. If you scared of large rodents don't get out the truck. Get outta there before traffic hits. This isn't a place for rookies. 10yrs in and it had me shook. 1st time here and last time.

EPA says ICIS-NPDES includes automatically generated schedule and DMR reporting records as well as manually entered single-event violations. These are agency database records, not necessarily adjudicated findings or current noncompliance. Part 1 excludes separate effluent-violation Part 2; do not describe the extracted records as complete water violations or infer pollutant/quantity. Formal records carry action identifier/type, agency, settlement-entered date and optional federal/state-local amounts. Informal records carry action type, agency, achieved date, identifier and official flag. These fields do not establish current status. Keep dollar amounts with the action record only; do not allocate or sum. Dedupe overlaps against the separately reviewed FE&C cases by ACTIVITY_ID. Historical names and source actions do not establish current operator responsibility.

One row per inspection. INSPECTION_ID uniquely links a Vehicle Inspection File inspection to companion inspection files. INSP_DATE is inspection date; REPORT_NUMBER is state/federal inspection report number. VIOL_TOTAL and OOS_TOTAL are total violations and total out-of-service violations recorded for that inspection. Driver/vehicle/hazmat component totals are separate breakdowns and must not be added together as unique event totals. OOS_TOTAL applies to violations during the inspection; it is not a carrier-wide shutdown or present status. Inspection files exclude inactive USDOT numbers, shipper-only businesses, and/or entities with active HMSP and include three years only. FMCSA states file represents usable data reported by state/federal agencies; the reporting agency must resolve missing or inaccurate records. Historical carrier-level records only, not recycling-facility inspections, adjudicated guilt, current safety rating or carrier-wide shutdown. Linked detail totals are retained independently and not substituted for source per-inspection totals.
