Kim McCague (4/5 stars, 9 months ago): My Telecom company collaborated with ATR on a project in May 2024 that was a complete success. Primary point of contact was Stacy . She was professional and quick to respond. Our requested Certificates of Destruction are exactly what we require. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a little while to get the COD's in our hands however there was alot of material to wipe so I do understand and Stacy kept me informed. We would definitely recommend.

The company doesn't follow their own discipline procedures. It's mostly there to look good on paper. I've seen someone get fired because of an indirect verbal warning they didn't hear. Be careful everyone! ⚠️

James S (5/5 stars, 8 years ago): I work in a hospital and we constantly have old equipment we need to recycle. We were having problems find a reputable company with all the proper certifications to dispose of our equipment. Once we found ERS it's been a game changer. Before we found them we would have stacks of old equipment that we didn't know where/how to dispose of but now we just shoot Cameo an email and she sends the team over to come and pick it up. Cameo is fantastic. She'll respond to emails almost immediately and tell you when they will be able to pick up all the equpiment (she even emailed me back on vacation). They even offer to bring their own pallets/boxes to load everything for us. They have always been great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them.
