The female that runs the non ferrous scales has an extreme attitude problem.any other jobs would have fired her already.not only is her attitude bad she's constantly trying to rob people. Was a loyal customer since they opened now I will not go back

While the staff are very friendly and courteous I was miffed with my last experience there. The first time I carried a load of scrap steel to them the check was fair but a little lower than the checks I've seen for the same tonage at other metal recyclers. ...but the payout from the last load I dumped there was substantially less. They deducted money from the payout for nonexistent concrete in the load. I think this patently unfair and a bit shady. I'd rather they refuse the load than find ways out of paying fairly for it.

First time using them due to moving to the area didn't have a lot but after cashing out and returning home I see they deducted 100lb for dirt.... I didn't have any dirt trailer was just purchased and this was literally its first time of use everything in it was hand loaded from a concrete pad and I even had trailer tilted to drain water before I left definitely watch your tickets I won't be using them again and definitely won't recommend!
