Staff unload customers at the yard, state certified scales weigh the load, and the buyers grade it before payment by cash or check against a valid driver's license or state ID. Appliances come in with the freon and copper lines intact, or with documentation from the licensed contractor who drained them. The yard refuses automobiles, glass, plastic, cardboard, TVs, and computer monitors. Commercial customers get roll-offs, lugger boxes, 20 to 80 yard containers, drums, and gaylord boxes placed on site and picked up when full.
