WM - Woodside Security Landfill

Terrible service. Has skipped picking up the trash by my house 3 out of the last 6 times even when the bill is paid and the cans are by the street where they are supposed to be. Will be swapping to Trash Rangers and never looking back. Do not use waste management!

While there are many companies to dispose of waste I have been very happy with Waste Management. They always notify me if a holiday will affect my schedule and their drivers are professional and respectful of property while collecting your waste container. I am a very satisfied customer with Waste Management!

Changed companies because they stated they wouldn’t pickup my bagged dead grass because it wasn’t inside the can even though they picked up boxes next to the can for five years. Then they stated they are charging me $85 to pick up THEIR can since I ended service with them. I offered to drop it off and they said it wasn’t allowed. I’ve been waiting two weeks for the can to get picked up and it still sits. Terrible customer service and contracts!! I will continue to charge them a daily storage fee for their can on my private property.
