Melissa Dillon (1/5 stars, a month ago): I have found your customer service to be extremely poor and even disrespectful. My family and I have been at our home for 15 years we did not receive our extra garbage sticker tags this year for whatever reason and because we use these stickers every year it was important to have them. I called in three times over the course of 21 days asking for stickers to be sent to us because we never received our complimentary package. The customer service representative on the third time finally told me they were going to have to charge me for them because their records show that they were delivered. It was over $60+ that they were going to charge me for stickers that I never received nor did they believe me that I was telling the truth. I asked to talk to a manager. The manager was too busy to take my call but I was promised I would get a return to call because they "have" to call people back; as the months have gone by I still have not received the call from the manager. Very poor performance

Darrow (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Customer service is awful. Trash doesn't get picked up randomly and no explanation is given. If you try to inquire about why Waste Management will pass you along to someone else instead of help. When you finally do get someone to talk to every excuse under sun is given about why your trash couldn't be picked up. Try to make a complaint and was told driver is just doing his job. So not picking up people's trash is doing your job? I guess when you have a monopoly it's ok to treat people poorly and charge more money for less work. I don't know why Waste Management would ask me to waste my time again by emailing what my problem was. I tried to communicate already about what my issues were and was ignored and told I couldn't put in a complaint by your customer service people. When my trash is again left behind (which I'm sure it will be even though I was told it would be picked up) I will email and maybe this time you will take my complaint. The fact that I have to this multiple times just proves my point that your customer service is awful.

Justin Serafin (1/5 stars, a month ago): On numerous occasions the drivers assigned to my route have picked up my neighbors trash but left mine. Also the driver will often return the bin to sit directly in front of my driveway.
