Disappointing New Rule for Dumping I recently visited this transfer station and was extremely frustrated to learn about their new policy limiting dump truck/trailers to only 14 feet. As a business owner with multiple 16-foot trailers this new rule under the new management has made it nearly impossible for me to utilize their services effectively. I understand the need for regulations but this feels overly restrictive and inconvenient for those of us who rely on these facilities for waste management. It’s disappointing to see a service that I once appreciated become less accessible. I hope the management reconsiders this policy to better accommodate their customers. Until then I can’t recommend this transfer station.

Managers in Reno think it's alright to threaten customers. Also there are arbitrary limits on weight based on what truck is on the route. Working with waste management is like working with the Mafia.

The waste Management Drivers are always understanding to my Needs. I Have been in a wheelchair for more than a Couple of years now and they are very sensitive to my Needs. Thanks for your HELP. Brother Bear
