Waste management is a scam. They do everything in their power to fee you. It's a scam not a real service. They "lose" your auto pay literally every month to charge a fee. Literally a scam beware!

The dumpster through WM was affordable and the drop off/pick up was just as expected. We were very happy with the service and will use them again.

Waste Management initial rates are good. However my dumpster was blocked so they could not dump it one week and I had to have them come back. The charge was five times what my normal rate was these additional rates keep going up without notice. They’re auto renewal contracts are illegal in Utah. They cancellation terms are ridiculous. Period. Their driver hit my fence over a year ago. I’ve called several times on it and nothing has been done.
