Lately my waste container has been picked up in a timely manner on the designated days. Also it is no longer being left in the street. I am happy with the improved efforts.

Your guys do an excellent job picking up our trash. If I ever change it will be because of cost. We are seniors we called and instead of raising the price I was told we could have the quarterly price at $77.00 instead of $102.05. However our card was charged the $102.05. I won't get the difference refunded until January. I talked to an excellent associate today and even she was confused. However she verified it it will be straightened out in January. I called again today. I talked to a very nice lady. I was concerned about what I was talking about in my last review. On my computer it looked liked I had $25.00 due. She assured me it what you owed me and that I would have the cost of $77.00. I appreciate it. She was very knowledgeable.

BEWARE IF YOU'RE PICKUP/DELIVERY IS HERE!! They have used the dock driveway as their personal storage area. Getting a sleeper in here is almost impossible because of their ignorance.
