Jon Scherbenske (1/5 stars, a month ago): I have canceled their service via phone calls (twice). Email twice and on their website. I called again and finally got someone helpful I thought. But the next week I got a call asking for payment. I was shocked. Worst service. Takes 40 min to get ahold of any person to be transferred or disconnected (this happened more than once). Cost is also a bit over double locally owned service. I’m shocked anyone would use them.

Maggie Heller (4/5 stars, 3 months ago): A little confused about the new payment system. Felt that 9.99 extra charge was a bit ridiculous for a fee. And we are not a commercial account but a rural farmstead and have once a month pickup. Finally got the auto-pay working with our bank. The cost of your service just keeps going up and since we live on a fixed income we may have to find another garbage disposal system.

Tanya Lautt (1/5 stars, a year ago): I would not recommend this company. We pay for twice-a-month service. In the past year we have gone over a month with no garbage pick up. Several phone calls to corporate and local have lead to no success. We keep getting told " the trucks are broke down." They have told us they will credit our account but don't. Not only are the flies horrendous around the trash racoons are digging in the waste and spreading it all over our yard. We are currently looking for other sanitation options.
