WM - Eco-Vista Landfill

Wish I could leave 0 stars. We ended up canceling our recycling service because they would never pick it up and we actually want to recycle. If you try calling then you need to prepare to be on hold for a minimum of an hour and hope you get the right person that can help you. We filed “missed pickup” in online portal and that didn’t matter either. Once the service was finally cancelled they didn’t even pickup the left over cardboard that had piled up from the missed pickups only the garbage bin. With all that being said the fumes and toxins they put into the air are extremely bad for you and they do it very often. If you have a chance to use cards I would highly recommend using them for better service at least.

WM has been a great company that we (my family) trust in the short time that we’ve been in this beautiful and natural state. I wave at them every time I have an opportunity and acknowledge me. Thank you for your service and always thriving to improve on being a great team.

WM has a courteous staff and has been consistently great. They communicate if there are any schedule changes due to holidays or other events. I appreciate the quarterly billing as well. Very satisfied customer.
