WM - Dothan Transfer Station & Recycling Center - Recycling Center in Midland City, AL

On schedule driver tends to hurry periodically and at those times I will have to pick up garbage off the ground by road due to it levered fast and that when items fall out onto the ground! Though I recently realized we were putting the cans at road backwards like it used to be so now we will see 👀 🙃 🙂 if turning them the correct way will remedy the garbage on the ground part?

My trash is always picked up in a timely manner. However sometimes my trashcan is left open and rain gets inside or the trashcan is tipped over on the ground and they leave it that way. I later have to pick up. I feel being a trash service provider that they should pick up all trash including the trash that they knocked out of the trashcan onto the ground. As I don’t put trash on the ground. That would be a complete service. Especially when I don’t over fill the can. Thank you.

I have never had trouble with WM picking up my trash or replacing a broke container. I don't like that my bill has gone up 20 over the last 6 years
