didnt get any service in october or november and still havent received a refund for those months

If I could rate it less I would someone assumed I was sleeping on the job when all I I did was lay against a garbage bag and took a nap on my last 15 minute brake.Poor judgement on the worker.

Awful company to deal with. pay arm and leg and never get garbage picked up! waist of time but no other service available!
