WM - Cottonwood Transfer Station

James Langley (5/5 stars, 5 months ago): Unbeatable service. From beginning at setting up over phone to delivery and pickup of rolloffs. Top Notch!! The communication is superb. Joe the Delivery driver is outstanding as well. Very professional and his experience is very helpful when and where to set roll offs makes job easy for all. Just a side note. I was sent to this site to give review. I was only reviewing the commercial roll off delivery of WM. These reviews are a mix of 3 different companies that run the Transfer station at Cottonwood.

Sara Sandhill (1/5 stars, a month ago): I don’t know about this transfer station but I do know that I can’t find a phone number for Waste Management in Cottonwood who took over from Patriot Disposal while I had garbage service turned off. I’ve searched WM’s web site and Google maps no phone number - I can’t even find out what the service would cost me IF they provide it at my address.

Footy (5/5 stars, 6 months ago): I have only had good experiences at the transfer station and never felt I was overcharged for a load. It really depends on what you’re hauling and I have not had any problems with the guesstimates. Recycling is free and we take advantage of that. The employee I see most often is Paul a great guy who runs a good crew there. I appreciate that they are safety conscious as well.
