WM - Collier County Landfill

Please inform/covet your drivers that residential property (communities) are NOT your drivers' personal toilet! And YES they were seen leaving their trash pick up vehicle parked along side the entry and going into the bushes! There is NO garbage or trash bins in there!

Our pick up day was Saturday they never pick up our trash i call customer service to report that they did not collect the trash ( I call five time in three days) the lady on the phone said i made a ticket and they will arrive soon ( LIE!!!!!!) They not come back until our next pick up time!!

Worst call center in the U.S. Automated limited and hangs up during the call or gives you a 30 minute “wait time.” When trash or recyclables aren’t picked up on your street…no response…crickets. So the elderly haul their already full cans back to the house to overflow for another week. Poor customer service. Not a one time occurrence.
