They are reliable efficient friendly and they keep safety foremost when working. Their office staff is great too. I have called a few times and each time I have been helped and questions answered with quick and efficient responses. I remember way back before laws changed on holidays or special days we would leave treats and sodas on our container for the boys. It was a thank you for a job well done. I would recommend WM with pleasure any day of the week!

James Moore (3/5 stars, a month ago): Tried scheduling a bulk pickup through their magic WM Online site. Site says my location doesn't have bulk pickup and a chat representative says it does. Began a chat with a representative in the Bulk Pickup section and when I gave Albert my information he said it would take 3 to 6 minutes to pull up the account. 11 minutes later Albert left the chat without a word. The field service is fine but the online "scheduling" portion needs a LOT of work.
