Christopher Stanton (1/5 stars, a year ago): I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Western Waste Solutions. I have given them a 1-star rating due to their consistent failure to pick up our recycling. Over the past three months I've had to contact them at least six times about missed pickups and it's frustrating that they continue to blame the drivers without resolving the problem. Their lack of responsiveness when calling their customer service only adds to the frustration. As a result I have decided to cancel our service with them today.

eurana altizer (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): I would give zero stars if possible. I never had a problem until November 2018. I was to have weekly services and they would neglect to pick up therefore I would call everyday and when I would finally get ahold of someone I was told it would be picked up the next day in which it was not. Therefore it wasn’t picked up for 2 weeks instead of weekly which I was paying for. I canceled my service and have a receipt of my last payment at that address and now am receiving a collection notice for $180 for what! I’ve called several times and have left messages and no ones returned my calls. I’ve been told someone will get back with me and again nothing. When I finally spoke to someone they stated that I had a $20 fee for overweight trash. First of all when my trash isn’t picked up for two weeks of course it’s going to be overweight as it has two weeks of trash. Not my fault your drivers didn’t pick up my trash on time. Second of all how does that constitute to a bill of $180 especially when my account was canceled in November and paid in full. This is the crappiest company ever and regret referring the new tenets to this company. Worst company and customer service ever!!!

Tarl Johnson (1/5 stars, 5 years ago): These people run a bad business they picked up when they felt like to start then after a few months I asked them to stop they kept the dumpster on my property from November to April and then refused to return calls in regards to a bill disputing amount owed. I suggest only going these ppl if you wish to have trash left on property or if you can’t take the trash somewhere else Customerservice service is a joke does not know their business and treat everyone I know who uses them like they are far below them. If we could give a negative star review I would with out a second thought
