Experience was quick and simple and offers top dollar. Customer service was great.I would also like to add that this is a legit recycling business. Makes it very convenient since it’s a smaller shop it’s a in and out experience. I was skeptical since I’m one of those people that only visit places that have been rated a lot on google. Pretty annoyed by my service from this place. I brought my converter to this place. We didn't want them because they had water on them. I just drove through ran. I don't know what he expected. Said I needed a title. I replaced 2 converters Years ago. I don't have the title. Even though the front door says you need identification which I have. He says when people steal them they put them in water. I didn't do that. One is rusted it's old. Another has spider webs in it. Who steals old cats and leaves them in the yard to rust before they turn them in. Maybe I should have dressed better and made sure they were dry. I don't recommend this place at all. There as to be a better way to prove cats are not stolen. On the website I could have mailed them in. Why would I drive in if they were stolen.
