I had put my garbage can out the night before pick up and I had to call to see why it hadn't been picked up up and I was told it was because it was too cold outside. That is a lie as my mail carrier is outside in the below zero temps delivering mail and the trucks have heaters and they never have to get out of the truck. Then I was told that I could put up to 3 bags next to it they are a joke

Compared to republic these guys are worthless if the lid to the can is even cracked open an inch they won’t take your trash

First Thursday of every month is big garbage day. I thought maybe I was mistaken when I set my area rug out for disposal the night before pickup because it was never picked up. I called just to verify I was correct on the big pickup dates and supposedly “there was a note “ stating they left it because I didn’t have it out before 7am.” That was not true because I had it my garbage and recycling out the night before like usual. Either someone was not being honest at Werlor or maybe they just didn’t see it. Now I have to drag the rug back into my garage. Thanks for your wonderful service! Reply: No one ever came and yes I did have it out the night before. Rug is still sitting in front of my home.
