Waste Management

Alek Poteet (2/5 stars, a week ago): Waste management has disappointed me at every opportunity. Random service cancellations (with no service credit) massively delayed service start when we first signed up cancellation fees and failure to pick up the trash can when we were done with them has made it so I'll never sign up again. HBS just set up in our area and i have been happy with them so far

Dylan V (1/5 stars, in the last week): Wildly overpriced service. Raised their prices multiple times significantly in the past couple years and never lowered them even when they were attributing the price increase to "fuel surcharges". My bill has more than doubled in two years which is absolutely ridiculous. When I finally had enough and called to cancel my service they would not refund me a prorated amount for the 3 months I had already paid which is BS. They also offered to look in to "lowering my prices" when I told them I was cancelling due to price hikes but... why not just do that instead of regularly raising prices? Don't make me call in to lower my prices. Just stop raising them. It's a terrible shady business practice.

Amy (5/5 stars, a month ago): I called customer service and got a very nice lady who helped with my needs quickly. She was able to refund me a years worth of pick up that our HOA should have taken care of. I love WM. Our pick ups are always clean and when my kids were younger they enjoyed waving to the drivers and giving them cans of soda. 😊
