Being a trash broker is hard as most companies treat you like well TRASH! But K goes out of her way every time for us and she is a joy to work with!! Wish I had her in every state but at least AZ is covered by the BEST!!! I would give her 20 stars if I could :)

Belle in San Tan and seen the recycle truck making stops the truck stopped and the gentleman got out and crossed the street to pickup recycling material off the street. He is being very considerate and kind. Taking care of this community in such a manner. Thank You 😊!

Travis B (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): I'm calling Shenanagins... I'm a newer customer to this company. My new home community was to have a bulk item pick up which on their website said it was not scheduled to happen but the rep I spoke to said yes it was scheduled for the day in question. Also strange that you have to schedule with them to have the items picked up but ok. I scheduled to have a single item pickled up and surprise surprise guess who just drove by my home looking at the item and kept going. I thought oh they must be keeping a certain route around the community and will come back. Not so funny at 8 pm when the item was still just sitting on my driveway.. fashionably incompetent service has become a way of life.
