Vernon Parish Recycle Center

JB (2/5 stars, 11 months ago): Tuesday 10am. Gates are locked no one here operating. Frustrating to drive 30 minutes trying to do the right thing only to feel like it isn't worth it. I shouldn't be surprised this is Leesville after all!

I’m also a early education teacher and promote this lifestyle in education... it’s teaches them responsibility and how to care for the (i.e. oceans earth). We’re one with Mother Nature. Also the hours are great for people with busy schedules during the week! Keep rockin’ on!

Pegyn Kennedy Art (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): The guy there was super rude I went there thinking I was gonna get a little cash for recycleing my cans I stood there waiting while he dumped my cans out and everything else then just stood there staring at me and I was like well don't I get paid for the cans? And he was like oh no we don't give cash for cans he was like "if I had known you wanted cash I wouldn't have dumped them out" I was livid!! I just wasted the gas to go there thinking I'd get cash but nope I really needed that cash to get gas and now I have nothing..thanks alot to the guy that works there. I will never be back.
