There was a sign that said to leave money and there will be a charge for the size of the TV's we wanted to recycle by the inch. I am not sure how all of this works but why would you charge someone to recycle something? Instead we all should just donate it to the landfill and cause harm to the environment for free. This doesn't make sense to me.

Dale Lehmann (5/5 stars, 6 years ago): I have driven by this place for a couple years taking my dogs to the near by groomers/kennel and always wanted to stop by to check out the advertised good deals on used monitors and computers. Well I got my chance after I found a great deal on an interactive Expresso exercise bike that was not working properly. I soon discovered the bike was controlled by a PC running Windows XP Home Edition and the motherboard went bad. Having built a few computers and lived through the Windows XP days I replaced the motherboard processor memory and power supply but needed to keep the hard drive since I did not have access to replace the program that operates the bike should I damage or erase the drive. Well try changing out a motherboard sometime and not the hard drive on an old Windows platform. After a few weeks of working to resolve driver conflicts I was finally at my wits end. I took it into TDR on a Saturday. They had it fixed up by Tuesday. Working like a champ! The repair cost was very very reasonable. The building is run down but I love it. It is very interesting and the staff so helpful. They have refurbished computers laptops and monitors for sale at very reasonable prices. I am going to need another computer for my hobby coming up and will purchase it from TDR. Thank you.

Scott Axel (2/5 stars, 6 years ago): Two stars only as the gentleman that works in the retail location is friendly. I brought a somewhat functioning system in for repairs and was returned a system that no longer operates at all. I understand that I brought them a bit of challenge but I do wish they spent more time researching the problem before actually working on it. They also refused to buy the parts that they believed would fix the problem requiring me to purchase them online and deliver to the store unless I wanted to pay a $25 fee for them to purchase it. I was also dissppointed in the customer service. They never contacted me to let me know of their failures. I only found out about it after waiting a consideable time I would call myself and hear "oh yea - that didn't work". I do wonder if they ever would have called me to tell me of the poor results. If a computer repair company can only solve the easy problems what is the point...
