(Denied) I drove 40 mins to be denied for 1 6 1/2 ft log. No root balls!! Management was no help. They do not have it listed anywhere! Do not waste your time. Lost a day bc the dump is going to be closed for my second load. Now I have to drive a county over to get my machine. Oh I went to another transfer station the next county over and they took the pile no problem. What a joke. Hopefully people will stop coming and they lose their funding.Even the supervisor was deflecting. They use words like "safety" to get out of disgruntled customers. The log was a foot wide at the top! They refused another guy bc of a little dirt. They said it is a safety concern bc the machines tire can spin. I guess with organic materials that don't happen lol. Do not risk wasting your time they are very ridiculous. Under services it says yard debris. Maybe it should be more visible on the site and not fine print! Not acceptable!!!

Waste wait time in Palm Beach county. Wait time is an hour minimum if you have a schedule to keep stay away from this place. They're operators just sit around and let people in when they feel like it.

Denied for having a small truckload of mulch with a little bit of dirt in it. Lady said it can get into the tires of the “machines” (loader) and damage it. Not sure if she understands how dirt is moved. Told her I brought a bigger load last week and it was no problem she didn’t care. Anyway she told me to take it to 45th street and I’m not doing that because I’ll get ticketed or cause an accident from loose stuff flying out. So now I’ve shoveled it into 8 FULL bags to leave on my curb which will be picked up and taken to… guess where 🙃
