They answered my questions via email and got me scheduled for a pickup not long after our electronics were ready. The two gentlemen that came by today for the pickup were so friendly and professional. They even said not to hesitate to call if we ever have anything else needing to be picked up and recycled. EDITED REVIEW: HELPFUL PROMPT & KIND The website has some red flags (keyword loading lots of text content but no meaningful instructions requests your email for a “quote” - for a supposedly free service?) which led me to question this was a real/legitimate company. I have changed this review to credit STS with their well-handled response. Their website isn’t doing them any favors with its lack of useable info and generic template feel but it is a real business with good communication. I would feel confident working with or recommending STS.
