Wyoming County’s recycling center is at 130 Tunkhannock Twp Dr, reached through the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building entrance. It accepts clean, dry #1/#2 plastic bottles and jars, clear/brown glass bottles and jars, clean tin and aluminum cans, pie pans, cardboard, newspapers, brown paper bags, magazines and office paper. Open weekdays 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–noon. Electronics and household hazardous waste are event-based.
