Teresa Potterf (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Will never use them again..we were cut 300 lbs.for 2 freezers they told us to bring back out but the guys n back told us not to worry about it..the guy n office got smart with my x and said he could do whatever he wanted..if u look on line the most we should've been docked was about 125 lbs..we wouldn't have taken them to begin with had we known but to short me because it's plastic..well plastic doesn't weigh same as metal..so if u wanna be ripped off continue to use them but I will never use them again..pricks!

Alex Pelts (1/5 stars, a year ago): The guy that usually is at the small scales will cover the screen and lower the price that you're getting for your metals. I called before and after and was told a higher price than I actually got . I would definitely advise anyone to take there business elsewhere like derichebourg Al's or even absoloot.

Samuel is the one who usually helps me every time that I come in. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
