Springfield BottleDrop Redemption Center
About This Center
Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations for up to 50 containers per day, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating locations. Participants can receive refund value as cash or store credit at participating retailers through BottleDrop Plus, which offers 20% more refund value. Additionally, customers can link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account to save for education. The system is effective in redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon.

Patricia Pauwell (1/5 stars, in the last week): The old short lady working there is very aggressive will get in your face and ask for tickets if you have more than one trip and call you a liar if she doesn't like your response.. very disrespectful. If you don't like your job you should really consider finding one that brings you joy. Better communication skills will give you better results when working a customer service job. I think if you fill up regular garbage bags with 35 in cans for a visual to help this lady realize two bags is far less than $35 would help her.

G Aurora (1/5 stars, a month ago): I hate taking back cans. My wife convinced me too the other day and we had five garbage bags full. She redeemed it fór 22$ and meets me at the car. She didn't look at the money but found out later she got 3$. She assumed there was a 20$ bill and two ones. In retrospect we should have checked what was paid out but still all that time wasted. Just ridiculous. I miss when we could just take them to the grocery store instead of making a separate trip. And then getting ripped off at the same time. This never happened at the grocery stores.

Mike Henderson (4/5 stars, 4 months ago): Simple return process easy to get your deposits back. Just make sure you check how busy it is on Google; before you go; because sometimes it gets really backed up and there is a long line to wait for. Usually mornings are less busy the first hour or two after they open.
