When you call very helpful and friendly shipping employee will direct you onto the scale. Truck first then trailer. Take your time to set up for the scale. If you study your setup you should have no trouble curving it bakwards into the 1st dock. Nice and helpful and friendly. Thankful for helpful shipping /dock employees. They made it easy loading here with their help.

You follow the agreement that you had with them and then suddenly that is not the deal anymore. They will not return calls. From the top to the bottom. Don't trust Ken Cole Donald Harvey David Lynn Mary or Melissa.
