The woman at the scales taking payments took 20+ minutes to take care of the person ahead of us and when we arrived at the window she said “sorry we stop taking customers at 3:45. It’s 3:47. We had literally only 2 cans of trash to dump because our trash wasn’t taken yesterday. They could let us take our trash when we showed up 20-30 minutes prior to when they supposedly stop taking customers and all we had was 2 cans and a couple boxes.
