Telling someone they are going to charge for 2 free dumps on a single dump should be told at the time of dumping. Not find out when you go to use your last free dump and now can't use it because they charged for 2 even though the load was exactly the same each time.... good to know ahead of time!

Agree this facility is way too small for the Reno area it serves. Also gabage recyclables and yard waste all goes in the same pit. Environmental disaster.
