Not find out when you go to use your last free dump and now can't use it because they charged for 2 even though the load was exactly the same each time.... good to know ahead of time!

J c (5/5 stars, 2 months ago): Semi trucks picking up bails of cardboard from WM-1392 E Commercial Row Reno NV 89512 first head to the scale located on 1100 E Commercial Row Reno NV 89512 (located on the red X on picture) pull on to scale there's a small window there tell them ur pick # that starts with W or SN they will then tell you which docks to head which are located on the yellow X in the picture I uploaded once your loaded head back to the scale to get weighed one axel at a time. Overall easy process in and out with 1hr

Lee Ann Ross (1/5 stars, 10 months ago): Long one hour line at 9:00 am on a Sunday remember to take a bill if you are a WM customer otherwise it'll cost $32 for an Outback full of garbage $52 for a mini pick up. Agree this facility is way too small for the Reno area it serves. Also gabage recyclables and yard waste all goes in the same pit. Environmental disaster.
