Lance Durham (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Waiting two weeks for garbage and recycling while there was a bit of snow and being charged more every year. I delivered groceries and food to customers in the snow and I don’t have 4 wheel drive. This is essential service for many customers. Giving a discount for having customers wait two weeks would be appreciated not increasing rates every year. If I increased rates for all my customers every year I would not have repeat clients
