Tim McCool (yungtyga25) (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Just watched as they knocked over a few garbage bins and just drove off like nothing happened. It takes a couple seconds to pick up what you have knocked down. Terrible.

Robert Nacci (1/5 stars, a year ago): Absolutely hated this company when we lived in Cushing. They seem to want to do nothing but the bare minimum with maximum payments. The City of Cushing just posted on their Facebook how to receive good customer service from Republic. Get a load of some of this: 1. No personal trash carts. Despite every other major and small town we know picking up both. Nope too much for Republic! 2. Won’t empty a cart with items coming out the top. Seriously? Again guess it’s just a little too much work to get out of the truck and lift the cans like trash men used to! 3. Won’t empty a cart if it’s by a car or mail box. Because they rely on an arm to do their lifting. Again can’t get out of the truck like trash men used to? 4. They send emails if you have 3 carts out making sure you’re paying for 3 carts. If not better luck next time! 5. They take pictures if they deem your carts aren’t out. 6. No household items. So basically everything trash collection has been known for they don’t want to do. What exactly is being paid for then? Cushing and anyone else that uses them need to find a new service provider for trash collection.
