Donna Caddess (1/5 stars, a week ago): I was told by their customer service that I could drop off a Sharps needle container at either the NLV or Henderson location. I drove across town to the Henderson location and was pretty much told that they’re not responsible for what customer service (located in AZ) tells customers and when a customer given wrong information too sad; so bad. She did not even try to assist me in finding out how to get rid of them. She told me I could simply just throw them in the trash. How irresponsible! Idiot!

Brad Blakeley (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): I was in line an hour. I got there at 2 o’clock. I was three people away from being able to go into the dump and then they told us it closed. Even though we’ve been there an hour waiting in line we just had to go home. I think that’s crazy! I guess somehow you’re supposed to have predictive powers to know whether or not the line will move fast enough to beat the closing time!! They should put an employee out in the line to let people know which will be the last truck.

DJ (2/5 stars, 4 months ago): They used to have really good pickups and consistency but over the last year they have been very scattered with more and more delays. Today was a tipping point when are pickup was delayed 2x and I don't know when they are coming. It should not be this hard to get your trash picked up.
