When closing out our account the agent did not inform us we needed to specify a pick up date for the containers. Stating " as soon as possible" led us to be charged 76$ for them attempting to pick up the containers two months later.

This used to be an inexpensive place to dump your trash but since they have changed their charging procedures it seems it’s become a lot easier for them to RIP YOU OFF they charge you per yard and that leaves a lot to the attending attendant’s discretion of your loads I took a load today and the attendant charged me for 2 yards of loose debris and all I had was 4 can and some loose debris which added up to about three dollars more than if they had calculated it correctly so be aware …. if they were to do this fairly it should be by weight not by cubic volume.
