Republic Services Evendale Transfer Station

Eric Haag (1/5 stars, a year ago): Was the best Trash service we have had until we moved new cans took over 3 weeks too get. We finally received them put them out for Thursday pickup only the recycling was picked up. I called Thursday at 4pm to report it she told me it would be tomorrow the driver forgot to get my home. So Friday at 330pm I called to let them know it’s still there and she said it was scheduled and would have the supervisor call me. Still waiting on him too call and it’s Tuesday. Called again Monday and just now Tuesday and they keep telling me it’s going to be picked up. It’s so frustrating and now we have received HOA complaints on the can and smell. So it’s time to move onto Rumpke. I thought I was a valued customer.

Deck Xperts (5/5 stars, 2 years ago): Great experience. Close and convenient wish there wasn’t a minimum fee. But instead by weight. People would use more probably. Little confusing waiting for machine operator to hold up a number to tell you which bay to pull into and when to pull in. Needs better explaining on a sign of what’s expected of customer. Other then those minor improvements it’s awesome to have available. Thanks for the hard work.

Samuel Koehler (2/5 stars, 2 years ago): PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE TRANSFER STATION IS NOT FOR RESIDENCIAL DROP OFF!! You can but it is a one ton minimum at 90 dollars. When I called to inquire about my bill I was met with indifference. It was explained to me that it was posted. There are at least a dozen of hand written notes at the weigh in and the minimum was not explained properly at the time at weigh in. Commercial trucks in front of me and behind me made it that much more intimidating to inquire about my bill at the time of weigh out. My drop off of 300 pounds of was $90.00 dollars! NOT $13.50!
