Jon Millman (1/5 stars, a month ago): We have used them for weekly service the last yeAr .Awful customer service employees do not communicate well endless good times. Their local competitor Mackenzie Disposal has better prices and answers the phone when you call. Highly recommend them over Republic Services. Save yourself the headache and hours wasted on hold.

Jennifer (1/5 stars, a month ago): Worst trash service ever! Charge ridiculous amount then add fuel surcharges on top of that. If I could give a zero I would! No way to get anyone to answer the phone or get ahold of corporate. Still waiting for pickup 3 1/2 weeks in but they will still charge you and then some.

Keshia Barber (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): It’s been 2 full weeks and no service. Last week before before Labor Day they called and said they would be there Friday (pick up is on Thursday) and nothing. No call after that. I understand this week was a short week but again.. no call. Thursday is here and gone now and nothing. Yes I did call to make sure they were coming today (9/5) and the person I talked to clearly not from around here assured me my trash would be picked up. I pay my bill in full every cycle. Not sure why my residence is getting looked over. Not a fan. Would not recommend to anyone 0/10
