Juliana Gargalac dos Reis (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Terrible place!! they pay you by your appearance and knowledge. just came over 3 days ago and they pay me $3 for a pound of copper wire came back today and they pay me 2.00 dollar per pound.their explanation it is the price it is dropping after I tell them that I look it up on the internet and price was 3.34 per pound. I asked to have my material back. and the answer was they can't because it is already in their system and they can't do anything about everyone of my friends and also my husband and I come over to the place currently. Unsatisfied I won't be back because of their treatment and harassment with customers.

Christopher Griggs (1/5 stars, 3 years ago): Close at 4 pull up at 3:45 and tell me scales close at 3:45….Not like I frequent scrap yards enough to know that.….so ya basically close at 3:45 and not 4. Would be nice to inform otherwise. Was a stretch for me to get there at that time in the first place. But upon reading many of the other reviews probably best I was turned away.

Diana (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): This business cost my family hundreds of dollars due to their negligence. We called them about a car that was in an accident and towed to a local tow yard. They said they would take care of it but rather than calling the place where we told them it was at -- having given them full information -- they called another place where the boss had a relationship with the manager. Because the other place didn't have the car nothing happened and the car sat for 3 more days over a weekend racking up the cost to us. On that following Monday we called again A DOZEN TIMES and although each time the lady said her boss was taking care of it they never did. And every day we were being charged more and more. The place that had the car (Edgewater Towing and Recovery) felt so bad for us that they did a wonderful thing - they reduced the cost and said they would take care of it if we sent the title overnight. We owe them a debt of gratitude. But this Park Avenue place really dropped the ball and couldn't care less. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
