When is the site closed for holidays?

Going to and using the facility is great. The people are wonderful and very helpful. Trying to call and get information is ridiculous! You can't get a person on the phone unless you know an extension number. They have an unmanned answering/robocall center because of "reduced staffing levels". How convenient for OCCRA! Typical bureaucratic BS. The prompt says to press zero to leave a message and you end up at some poor woman's named Renee's extension. Horrible system that our incredibly high taxes pay for.
