Ryan Jayne (5/5 stars, 12 months ago): Been going here for 18 years. I have never had a problem. It seems the negative reviews are from people who don't understand that it's not the employees fault that customers take too long while dumping. There was even a review that complained that the place smelled on a 85 degree day. It's a transfer station for garbage wow. As far as transfer stations go this location is the best in every way.

Signs say stop and wait for instructions. Man waved me over then yelled at me for driving over. "Don't you know anything?! You have to reverse in!" Uh no I didn't know. I *just* moved here and have been unpacking boxes. "Read the signs!" I did. They don't say you have to reverse in. After I backed in the man then started talking crap about me to another employee. Just because the other person there was backed in doesn't mean I should know I have to back in. I had three trash bags of Styrofoam in my car's backseat; the other person had a whole truck bed of debris. Of course backing in made sense for them - easier to unload a truck bed from reverse. What rude people.
