This is an updated review. My last review was based off of one particular visit and to be honest was written out of frustration. Since that time I have been back to Mims probably 3 or 4 times and each time it has been a very professional and rewarding experience! Overall these guys and gals run a very productive and enjoyable business! Thank you Mims!

The blond lady in the office Drew’s wife was extremely unprofessional & lacked customer service skills. Told me there would be a 5 day hold but did not mail my check for 14 days. Then had a lady who claimed to be the owner yet did not seem to know how to have an adult conversation & give logical answers to a very regular customer get on the phone & scream at me very rudely that it was none of my business when their policies changed & hung up in my face because I called to inquire about why it had taken so long to mail the check & when the changes had been made since this was the 1st time they ever wrote a check with a hold on it. The fact that they were over a week late before it even got put in the mail really set me back because I had bills that were due & was expecting it on time.
