Melissa O'Brien (1/5 stars, a week ago): Yesterday my great uncle experienced something no one should EVER have to experience. He is a stroke survivor and has a issues with his speech. Yesterday while at the Transfer Station he was having some problems at the scale house when the lady who was running the scale house who I have found out name is Angela started to yell and scream at him upsetting and confusing him. From my understanding she called down two men to "help" her because she was unable to "handle" the situation. In my opinion. She should not be in that situation to start with. Anyone who yells and screams at customer's needs to be let go. I assure you Walmart Kroger or Aldi would not tolerate their customers being disrespectful let alone those with disabilities. My uncle was so upset. I WILL be making a complaint with the transfer station about Ms. Angela as I do not believe she should be working in a position where she is contact with the public.

She complained about other people the whole time I was unloading from my truck yelled at the guy beside me for backing into the wrong parking spot when she didn't direct him to park at a certain spot. While I was unloading my items I picked up nails and screws from the ground from someone before me. I left the spot better than it was when I got there but she still felt the need to call the office to tell them I didn't clean up my mess when I didn't leave anything of mine behind. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB DONT TAKE OT OUT ON OTHER PEOPLE!!
