Brian Mansfield (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): So on 3-21-23 I traveled to the dump to do my usual load removal. They used to have a sign in the front saying what time you could have your last dump at the end of the day although that wasn't visible the regular business hours are 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:49 on the scale. The bigger woman with the dirty blonde hair waved at me like she was done and they were closed. Even though I travel all that way and burned all the gas Towing and Hauling to the dump. I drove around and walked up to the window and asked her why she didn't allow me to dump because it said 5:00. She told me that I knew better. That I knew it's supposed to be at 4:30 and the gate only closes at 5:00. I proceeded to discuss that there is no sign indicating that and instead of talking like a regular human being she just cut the mic off very very rude and condescending. Then ignoring me like a child. It was very unprofessional and definitely bad ethics code. Don't be surprised if you get treated the same way. This is supposed to be a business. That was very rude and disrespectful. I would say a lot more about the situation but I have Merit indignity how I carry myself in a business setting
