When calling and using your AI driven phone service it is a great waste of time! When asked to talk to a live person it often replied "I dont understand" and eventually hung up. When I tried to use the online chat support to ask if our gate combination information be passed onto the driver the the live person (I think) said it was a better use of time for me to call and the AI situation stated all over finally when talking with a live person they were very helpful. So AI is not ready. See attached for the live chat.

I have used this Landfill many many times and it is one of the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The place where you dump is always cleaned up and there’s always someone to guide you on where to go to dump. Larimer County is lucky to have such a nice Landfill for their community. Staff is friendly and the lines can get long but move along pretty quickly.

Seems like they are always raising prices. Never a set charge. Different price every month. Can't figure out what they charge. They do pick up my dumpster consistently. Thanks for that.
