For the first two weeks with their services our trash didn't get picked up because the driver didn't see our bin (it was most definitely out) and was then told we would have to hike our bin half a mile down the road because they don't offer "front door service". After working with the office staff we finally got it figured out. Apparently they have all new drivers and I understood and was patient and thought we were good. Now that there's a dusting of snow on the road we've been informed that we have to take our bin A MILE down our road for "winter service". I know for a fact that for the last several years this same company has had no problem picking up trash at this address even in the middle of winter. I hope at some point we get another company out here.

Jake Perkes (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): Can someone please come into Valley County and compete with these guys. They have serviced my home in Pine Lakes Ranch for the past 10 years. Last year they stopped picking up trash in our neighborhood mid winter because they said the snow was to bad (but kept charging everyone and wouldn’t refund it. We had to call them to stop charging us otherwise they kept charging us). Now this year I get a call from them today saying since it’s start of the winter they are stopping all trash service until spring. We don’t even have any snow on the roads yet they refuse to pick I’m trash. How did they do it with no problem the previous 9 years I have lived here and now they can’t. Horrible service and dishonest to charge people the previous winter without refunding them when they wouldn’t come get the trash!! Wish we could all switch to another company.

Lynn Reinhold (2/5 stars, 6 months ago): We were skipped again last Friday. The office help said our road was blocked. It was not . She has to talk to the driver before responding. Apparently the driver calls the shots. No more "the customer is always right". We are missed about once a month and have never been issued a credit. Poir mismanaged company.
