We didn’t notice until we got home and when we called to get it back they couldn’t find it so we never got it back and are now without our recycling bin. They are frequently changing their rules and it is limited which recyclable materials they accept. They accept only a few types of plastic. They don’t take glass or certain types of cardboard things we have been accustomed to recycling at locations we have lived at in the past. However; recycling is important to us and with no curbside recycling available anywhere around here (which should be an outright crime!!) we are glad this place exists to keep all the trash out of the landfills conserve and be good stewards of the earth

Nicole Wilkin (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): Edit: The long wait times to get in to unload recyclables is ridiculous. Never used to be so long 3-4 yrs ago. Clearly the change is a management issue and not facility. Short available hours to drop off is baffling when every other city program has open outdoor bins available 24/7. Waiting 10-25 minutes in 0-6 car long lines to even get in -all while facing the passive aggressive "Stay in your car -we'll eventually get to you" door sign is grating. Recycling with you has become such a frustrating hassle I'm giving up on recycling until a better option is found. Reduce and reuse everyone. The drive-thru is always a convenient way to drop off your recyclables. The employees will unload your vehicle weigh your recyclables and give you cash or tokens.
