Misty Gillum (1/5 stars, a year ago): The owner states they do not have to follow any disability act. If you are disabled pay someone to meet our requirements. Otherwise they would not pick up your trash. I cannot always break down some items to fit into the trash can. It is fully documented. I still cannot believe the owner telling a disabled person to find someone and pay them to meet their standards. Call to get a trash can and get a recycle bin. Highly unprofessional secretary yelled at me while I was trying to resolve something. They have different policies for different people in town. If you call for a few additional items that won't fit in a trash can I was told I was to be charged 100.00 fee for a dumpster. They would not pick up anything besides the trash can. Even though rates are posted on site. I would really like to know or see the list of people who receive special treatment. I talked with several people who were able to have a couple things picked up for 10.00. This is the rudest company around. The only reason people say anything good is they make donations to places in Kuna and basically pay their way into a contract.
