Having said that it is hard to push those big trash bins from the street to where the HOA requires them in our back yard. I was so blessed today when the Hardin driver' Ole (spelling?) saw me getting ready to put our cans away and he stopped the truck hopped out and put my trash bins away. My heart is so touched by this man's kindness and he smiled the entire time! It seems like every time I interact with the Hardin people I feel better... whether it be the phone customer service people or the front line drivers I come away blessed. Good on you Hardin Sanitation for hiring people like Ole! Thank you!

Starbucks Mom (5/5 stars, 2 weeks ago): Update: November 2024. There was an issue with the app saying our pick up was going to be a day later. Apparently that wasn't true. I called and explained. The wonderful woman who answered the phone made sure they can got our garbage Our driver is awesome!! Always on time. It's easy to pay online and see your bill.
